Returns must be made in their original and complete condition via post by tracked letter ONLY. In this context, you are liable. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may render the right of withdrawal null and void.

Return costs are at your expense.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, ORDIAJADE will provide a credit note or a refund for the item(s) in question, or an exchange (subject to availability) within 14 days following the notification of your request and via the same payment method as that used during the order.

Returns must be made in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing their re-marketing as new.

Damaged, soiled or incomplete products will not be accepted for return.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised online, using the withdrawal form available on this website. In this case, an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium will be immediately communicated to the buyer. Any other method of declaration of withdrawal is accepted. It must be unambiguous and express the will to withdraw.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period, the price of the product(s) purchased will be reimbursed.

Return costs are at the buyer's expense.

Earrings and piercings are neither returned nor exchanged.
